RTM Remote Transmission Management Request for Special Temporary Authority E930467 Exhibit 1 REQUEST FOR SPECIAL TEMPORARY AUTHORITY RTM Remote Transmission Management (“RTM”), the proposed assignee of transportable transmit-receive earth station E930467, hereby respectfully requests special temporary authority, pursuant to Section 25.120 of the Commission’s Rules, effective May 14, 2010, for a period of thirty (30) days to operate earth station E930467 at the parameters of the existing license. An application for the assignment of the E930467 license (File No. SES-ASG-20100510- 00565) from KVUE Television, Inc. to RTM was filed with the Commission on May 10, 2010 and the required filing fee payment was made by credit card. During the pendency of this application, RTM requests temporary authority to operate the E930467 facility. RTM urgently needs to begin using the facility for satellite feeds to cover the unfolding oil spill disaster in the Gulf of Mexico. This facility will provide a much needed service to the public and the numerous communities affected by this unprecedented incident. Accordingly, grant of this request will serve the public interest by ensuring that this programming can start to be delivered as soon as possible. 13141852.1
