Description SES Americom, Inc. requests extension of special temporary authority (FCC File No. SES−STA− 20100223−00243) to permit earth station E980076 to continue to communicate with the NSS−5 spacecraft in the conventional C−band in order to provide service to Afsat pending grant of SES WORLD SKIES’ petition for declaratory ruling to add the conventional C−band payload on the NSS−5 satellite to the Permitted Space Station List at 20.0 W.L. (FCC File No. SAT−PPL−20091208−00142). STA extension is requested for 30 days. 5
