SES Americom, Inc. requests extension of special temporary authority (FCC File No. SES-STA-20100322-00340) to permit earth station WB81 to continue to communicate with the NSS-5 spacecraft in the conventional C-band for receive-only test feeds pending grant of SES WORLD SKIES' petition for declaratory ruling to add the conventional C-band payload on the NSS-5 satellite to the Permitted Space Station List at 20.0 W.L. (FCC File No. SAT-PPL-20091208-00142). STA extension is requested for 30 days.
