| 12. Description.
Intelsat North America LLC herein requests a 30-day further extension -- through May 26, 2010 -- of the Special Temporary Authority previously granted Intelsat to utilize its Clarksburg, Maryland C-band earth station to communicate with the Dutch-licensed NSS-5 satellite at 20 W.L. The antenna will continue to transmit in the frequency band 5925-6425 MHz and to receive in the frequency band 3700-4200 MHz to/from NSS-5 at 20 W.L.
