In accordance with the details of the attached exhibit, Applicant hereby requests a 60−day extension, commencing May 5, 2010, of its Special Temporary Authority to continue performing additional in−orbit testing (IOT) of the TerreStar−1 satellite at the above− referenced location. 13.
