VIZADA, INC. REQUEST FOR SPECIAL TEMPORARY AUTHORITY By this filing, Vizada, Inc. “(Vizada”) requests Special Temporary Authority allow its BGAN mobile earth terminals (“METs”) operating under call sign E050276 to continue communicating with the Inmarsat 4F3 satellite at 97.65° W.L. This request is a renewal of Vizada’s existing STA, File No. SES-STA-20091230-01634. In support of this request, Vizada hereby incorporates by reference the information provided in its applications for regular BGAN service authority (File No. SES-LFS-20050930-01352) as amended, its prior STA requests, and its pleadings in those proceedings. Vizada agrees to continue to operate subject to the terms and conditions contained in the original STA grant. Grant of this STA is in the public interest because it will assure continuity of service for Vizada’s many customers who are currently receiving BGAN service via the Inmarsat 4F3 satellite. Moreover, grant of this STA will not cause interference to any other L-band operator and will not prejudice any interested party. Vizada respectfully requests that the Bureau grant this STA for a period of sixty days beginning March 2, 2010.
