Intelsat North America LLC herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority for 30 days, beginning February 26, 2010, to utilize its Clarksburg, Maryland C−band earth station, E080011, to communicate with the NSS−5 satellite at 20 W.L. The antenna will transmit in the frequency band 5925−6425 MHz and will receive in the frequency band 3700− 13. The antenna will transmit in the frequency band 5925−6425 MHz and will receive in the frequency band 3700−4200 MHz to/from NSS−5 at 20 W.L. 5
