By this filing, Vizada, Inc. notes that the amendment application filed February 10, 2010 (File No. SES-AMD-INTR2010-00530) has been amended to correct an error in Schedule B related to the Point of Communication satellite. The newly filed amendment (File No. SES- AMD-INTR2010-00543) now lists the 4F3 satellite at 97.65 degrees W.L., rather than the ISAT List, as the Point of Communication. To the extent that the subject STA refers back to an amendment application, the reference application should be SES-AMD-INTR2010-00543, filed today.
