                                     Vizada, Inc.
                       Request for Special Temporary Authority

By this STA, Vizada, Inc. requests special temporary authority to add a 1.8 Meter
receive-only antenna in order to receive GPS/WAAS−related communications from the
Inmarsat 4F3 satellite located at 97.65 degrees W.L. via its earth station located at Santa
Paula, California (callsign E980136).

Vizada currently has an earth station application pending (File No. SES-AMD-
INTR2010-00530) to add the a 1.8 Meter receive-only antenna in order to receive
GPS/WAAS−related communications from the Inmarsat 4F3 satellite located at 97.65
degrees W.L. (“Vizada WAAS Amendment”).

Vizada’s operations as requested by this STA would be consistent with the
technical parameters specified in the Vizada WAAS Amendment, as well as the
modification application and STA application of Inmarsat Hawaii Inc. (“Inmarsat”) (File
Nos. SES-MOD-INTR2010-00493 and SES-STA-INTR2010-00494), and Vizada
incorporates by reference the information contained in the above referenced applications.

As Inmarsat noted in its above referenced STA application, the testing of WAAS
equipment is scheduled to begin mid-February in order to serve the needs of the Federal
Aviation Administration, and grant of this STA will serve the public interest by allowing
Vizada to test its WAAS system while the Vizada WAAS Amendment is pending.

Vizada respectfully requests that the Commission grant this STA for 60 days,
beginning February 11, 2010.
