                 Provide ESV Service via its Southbury, CT Teleport

        Vizada, Inc. (Vizada) requests a grant of special temporary authority (“STA”) to
allow continued operation of Sea Tel 1.2 Meter Ku-band, model 5009 Remote Earth
Station on Vessel (“ESV”) antennas to provide ESV service via its Southbury, CT
Teleport, call sign WB36. These remote ESVs will be located on vessels traveling in
U.S. and international waters. They will operate with hub antennas at Southbury that
have already been licensed by the Commission and will be utilized to provide ESV
service as previously authorized by the Commission.

        Grant of this STA is in the public interest in order to ensure continuity of service
for customers requiring the Sea Tel Model 5009 antenna for Ku-band ESV service.
Accordingly, Vizada respectfully requests that the Bureau grant this STA for a period of
sixty days. Operation of the antennas will be in full compliance with the Commission’s
ESV regulations set forth in part 25 of the Rules as well as all provisions of the call sign
WB36 license.
