Intelsat North America LLC herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority for 30 days, from February 4, 2010 through March 5, 2010, to use its Clarksburg, Maryland Ku−band earth station, call sign KA258, to provide LEOP services for the Intelsat 16 satellite that is expected to be launched on February 4, 2010. The LEOP period is expected to last 13. The LEOP period is expected to last approximately ten days. 5
