The antenna will communicate in the frequency bands 29500—30000 MHz, uplink, and 19700—20200 MHz, downlink, with Galaxy 28 13. Description Intelsat North America LLC herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority for 30 days, beginning March 22, 2010 to test its new Riverside, California 9.2m Ka—band earth station prior to grant of permanent operating authority. The antenna will communicate in the frequency bands 29500—30000 MHz, uplink, and 19700—20200 MHz, downlink, with Galaxy 28 at 89 W.L. Intelsat will very shortly file an application for authority to use this antenna to transmit in these frequencies on a permanent basis.
