In accordance with the details of the attached exhibit, Applicant hereby requests a 90−day extension, commencing November 10, 2009, of its Special Temporary Authority, in order to continue conducting Phase II in−orbit testing (IOT) of the TerreStar−1 satellite using its calibration earth station units. 13.
