Deere & Company seeks extension of Special Temporary Authority to operate up to 10,000 receive−only, non−common carrier, mobile earth stations on the frequency 1545.5450 MHz to downlink transmissions from Inmarsat’s 4F3 satellite pursuant to existing ISAT authority. 13.
