Intelsat LLC herein requests a 30−day extension, through November 19, 2009, of the STA previously granted to utilize a 46 cm Ku−band earth station to conduct testing. The antenna will continue to operate in the 14022−14094 MHz and 11722−11794 MHz frequency bands and to communicate with the Horizons 2 satellite at 74.05 W.L. 13.
