Federal Communications Commission Satellite Radio Communications The Portals, 445 Twelfth Street NW Washington DC 20554 Special Temporary Authority (STA) Request C—Band Transmit Only Earth Station in New York New England Satellite Services, Inc. requests a Special Temporary Authority (STA) to allow for operation of a Coratech Offsat 4.1 meter C—band earth station antenna from the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York, New York. This STA request is necessary to permit New England Satellite Services, Inc. to conduct operational demonstrations at the Satellite Show in New York beginning on 10/14/2009. In addition this STA will allow for operation of the earth station for personnel training purposes or live events at locations during the 60 day period. A permanent temporary fixed license for this facility has been submitted to the FCC. Call Sign E090175 This STA is requested for a period of 60 days beginning 10/14/2009. Antenna Complies with 25.209. ALSAT satellites will be utilized.
