| 12. Description.
Special Temporary Authority to allow Vizada to utilize 13.75 to 14.0 frequencies and emissions for the SBY30/VER 9 meter antenna at Southbury to communicate with the Telstar 11N (T11N) satellite at 37.5 W.L. Clarification that the 13.75 to 14.0 authority is not for ESV operations. 13.75 to 14.0 GHz operation is only needed and only being requested for operation of the SBY30/VER 9 meter antenna to communicate with T11N.
