        Hawaii Pacific Teleport has been contacted by American Government Services Corp., who has
        requested satellite connection between the US and American Samoa (AS) to enable crews
        restoring the infrastructure destroyed by the tsunami to communicate with their HQ in the
        US and schedule the delivery of resources to AS. We request an FCC STA for Apstar VI so we

12. Description

Hawaii Pacific Teleport has been contacted by American Government Services Corp., who has
requested satellite connection between the US and American Samoa (AS) to enable crews restoring
the infrastructure destroyed by the tsunami to communicate with their HQ in the US and schedule
the delivery of resources to AS. We request an FCC STA for Apstar VI so we can start to provide
essential communications for this humanitarian mission as soon as possible.
