Intelsat North America LLC herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority for 30 days, beginning immediately upon grant, to utilize its Clarksburg, Maryland Ku−band earth station to operate in new TT&C frequencies with the Intelsat 11 satellite at 43.1 W.L. and 43.0 W.L., prior to grant of permanent operating authority. 13.
