| 12. Description.
TerreStar License Inc. (TerreStar), pursuant to Section 25.120 of the Commission's rules, hereby requests extension of its Special Temporary Authority (STA) for a period of 180 days, effective August 7, 2009, to continue the operation of mobile earth terminals (METs) in the manner described herein.
