PanAmSat Licensee Corp. herein requests a grant of STA for 30 days, from 06/24/2009 through 07/23/2009, to use its Castle Rock, Colorado Ku−band earth station, call sign KL92, to provide LEOP services for the Terrestar−1 satellite that is expected to be launched on 06/24/2009. 13.
