12. Description National Digital Television Center is presently operating on satellite Estrela do Sul 1 and those applicable satellites in a satellite arc from 60 to 143 degrees WL. Their client is moving services to the Telstar 11N satellite, and National Digital Television Center has filed to modify the satellite are for 36 to 143 degrees WL. Similar to their operations to the Estrela do Sul 1 satellite they are also planning to include operations to the Telstar 11N satellite in the extended band from 13.75 to 13.772 and 13.778 to 14.0 GHz. They are filing this STA to permit testing of the earth station and then operations to the Telstar 11N satellite prior to the granting of their license modification.
