Description SES Americom, Inc. requests extension of special temporary authority (FCC File No. SES—STA— 20090128—00080) to permit earth station KA294 to continue to communicate with the NSS—9 spacecraft in the conventional C—band pending grant of earth station KA294 modification (FCC File No. SES— MOD—20090128—00079) in order to provide telemetry, tracking and control (‘(TT&C). All operations will be consistent with the services proposed in the KA294 modification application. STA extension is requested for 60 days.
