Description SES Americom, Inc. requests extension of special temporary authority (FCC File No. SES−STA− 20090128−00080) to permit earth station KA294 to continue to communicate with the NSS−9 spacecraft in the conventional C−band pending grant of earth station KA294 modification (FCC File No. SES− MOD−20090128−00079) in order to provide telemetry, tracking and control (’TT&C). All operations will be consistent with the services proposed in the KA294 modification application. STA extension is requested for 60 days. 5
