March 27, 2009 Federal Communications Commission Satellite Radio Communications The Portals, 445 Twelfth Street NW Washington DC 20554 IPX International Systems, Inc. Special Temporary Authority (STA) Request Ku—Band V—Sat Earth Station Network IPX International Systems, Inc. hereby requests a Special Temporary Authority (STA) to allow for temporary operation of a Ku—band Vsat system. The hub is location in Haleiwa, Hawaii and remotes will be located at Ft Carson, Co, Ft Hood, Tx and Ft Monmouth, NJ. This V—sat system will be utilized in support of military operations and training. SCPC Point—to—Pint Communications Link. IPX Intenrational Systems requests operations to begin from these locations on April 1, 2009 for a period of 60 days. Antenna Complies with 25.209. ALSAT satellite will be utilized.
