Dear Ms. Dortch,

               SES AMERICOM, Inc. (“SES AMERICOM”) would like to supplement
the record with the specific center frequencies and channel bandwidths on which it will
be transmitting to the NSS-9 satellite using the KA294 earth station under the Special
Temporary Authority granted on March 20, 2009. See Stamp Grant, File No. SES-
STA20090317-00320 (granted Mar. 20, 2009). Specifically, SES AMERICOM will be
transmitting on two 36 MHz wide carriers with center frequencies of 5869.125 MHz and
5905.000 MHz.
