SES—STA—20090313—00310 and SES—STA—20090313—00311 Dear Ms. Dortch: PanAmSat Licensee Corp. ("PanAmSat") and Intelsat North America LLC ("Intelsat"), at the request of the staff of the International Bureau, herein supplement their above referenced requests for Special Temporary Authority ("STA") for 30 days to use the Castle Rock, Colorado Ku—band earth station, call sign KL—92, and the Clarksburg, Maryland, Ku—band earth station, call sign KA258, to provide launch and early orbit phase ("LEOP") services for the W2A satellite. PanAmSat and Intelsat have been informed that the W2A launch has been delayed until April 3, 2009. Accordingly, PanAmSat and Intelsat request that the STA period begin on April 3, 2009 rather than on March 28, 2009 as originally requested.
