PanAmSat Licensee Corp. herein requests a grant of STA for 30 days, from 03/28/2009 through 04/26/2009, to use its Castle Rock, Colorado Ku−band earth station, call sign KL92, to provide LEOP services for the W2A satellite that is expected to be launched on 03/28/2009. 13.
