SAT—STA—20090312—00035, SES—STA—20090312—00296, SES—STA—20090312— 00297, SES—STA—20090312—00298 Dear Ms. Dortch: Pursuant to Section 1.65 of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.65, EchoStar Satellite Operating L.L.C. ("DISH") submits the following updated information for inclusion in the above referenced application files. The applications request space station and earth station Special Temporary Authority to relocate the EchoStar 5 satellite from 129° W.L. to 148° W.L. DISH expects that the EchoStar 5 satellite will arrive at the 148° W.L. orbital location on or around May 31, 2009. After traffic is transferred to EchoStar 5, the EchoStar 1 satellite will begin relocating to 77.15° W.L., as requested in separate applications. DISH expects the EchoStar 1 satellite to begin relocation on or around June 7, 2009. We respectfully request that this information be incorporated into the above referenced files. heC l/._— Petra A.
