The applications request various space station and earth station authority required to relocate the EchoStar 1 satellite from 148° W.L. and to operate it at 77.15° W.L. under Mexican authority. At the time these applications were filed, EchoStar anticipated that the EchoStar 1 satellite would be available for relocation by April 15, 2009, and would reach 77.15° W.L. on or around May 22, 2009. EchoStar now expects that the EchoStar 1 satellite will begin relocating to 77.15° W.L. on or around June 7, 2009, after the EchoStar 5 satellite arrives at 148° W.L and traffic is transferred. EchoStar 1 is expected to arrive at 77.15° W.L. between July 15 and August 17, 2009. We respectfully request that this information be incorporated into the above referenced files. L( U/e Petra A.
