(Vizada) hereby submits the following amended information regarding the above—referenced request for Special Temporary Authority. By this letter, Vizada wishes to amend the point of communication from the Inmarsat 4F3 satellite located at 97.65° W.L. to the Inmarsat 3F4 satellite located at 54° W.L. On January 7, 2009, Inmarsat Existing and Evolved (E&E) services will transition from the Inmarsat 4F2 satellite at 52.75° W.L. to the Inmarsat 3F4 satellite, and thus Vizada respectfully requests authority for up to 1,000 Inmarsat C mobile earth terminals to communicate with the Inmarsat 3F4 satellite.
