Accordingly, T&T Airtime is authorized, for a period beginning December 18, 2008 and ending February 15, 2009, to operate, with the modified ownership structure described in its request, up to 5,000 Broadband Global Area Network (BGAN) mobile earth terminals (METs) using the Inmarsat 4F2 @ 52.75°W.L. and the Inmarsat—4F3 @ 97.65°W.L. (beginning January 7, 2009), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in the Commission‘s rules and this document. 1. The 1544—1545/1645.5—1646.5 MHz band is reserved for safety and distress communications.
