See SES−STA−2008092401234. Journal has filed an application seeking an FCC authorization for this facility. See SES− 13. See SES−STA−2008092401234. Journal has filed an application seeking an FCC authorization for this facility. See SES−AMD−INTR2008−02466. That request remains pending. Therefore, Journal seeks an extension of its existing (’STA’) pending grant of its application for a licensee for the station. 5
