       Vizada, Inc. (Vizada) is granted Special Temporary Authority (STA) for a period of 60
days, from November 15, 2008, to January 13, 2009, to use the KB34 earth station to
communicate with the Inmarsat—2F1 satellite at 142° W.L. in its previously authorized C—band
frequencies in accordance with its application (as amended by letter of October 30, 2008), the
Commission‘s rules, and the conditions set forth below.

        L.     All operations shall be on an unprotected and non—harmful interference basis; /.e.,
Vizada shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall not claim protection from, any other
lawfully operating station. In the event of any harmful interference as a result of Vizada‘s
operations, Vizada shall cease operations immediately upon notification of such interference, and
shall inform the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), in writing, immediately ofsuch
an event.

       2.      With the exception of authority to communicate with the Inmarsat—2F] satellite at
142° W.L., all technical parameters of the KB34 earth station shall remain as currently licensed.

       3.      Prior to operating pursuant to this grant of STA, Vizada shall confirm in writing
that notification has been made to operators ofsatellites within six degrees of 142° W.L,

       4.      Within 20 days of this grant of STA, Vizada shall file with the Commission the
applicable items of information listed in Sections 25.114(c) and (d) of the Commission‘s rules,
47 C.F.R. §§ 25.114(c) and (d), for the Inmarsat—2F1 satellite. If Vizada does not file this
requested information within 20 days ofthis grant, this authorization will not be one relating to
an "activity of a continuing nature" for purposes of Section 1.62 of the Commission‘s rules and
Section 558(c) of the Administrative Procedure Act, and continuation of operations beyond the
term ofthis authorization will require prior affirmative authorization by the FCC.

       5.      Vizadais granted 30 days from the date ofthe release ofthis authorization to
decline the authorization as conditioned. Failure to respond within that period will constitute
formal acceptance of the authorization as conditioned.

        6.     This action is taken on delegated authority pursuant to 47 C.F.R. §0.261 and is
effective upon release. Petitions for reconsideration under 47 C.F.R. § 1.106 or applications for
review under 47 C.F.R. § 1.115 may be filed within 30 days ofthe date of the Public Notice
announcing this action.
