(Vizada) hereby submits the following amended information regarding the above—referenced request for Special Temporary Authority (STA). By this filing, Vizada wishes to amend the Requested Use Prior Date from November 3, 2008 to November 15, 2008. The Inmarsat 2F 1 satellite that is the subject of the STA is scheduled to arrive at its new orbital location at 142° W.L. on November 22, 2008, but Vizada respectfully requests an STA start date of November 15 in the event that the satellite arrives early and Vizada needs to perform testing in order to begin communications with the 2F1 satellite. To clarify, services from the 3F4 satellite currently located at 142° W.L. are scheduled to transfer to the 2F1 satellite on November 23, 2008 and the 3F4 will begin moving to a new orbital location on that date as well.
