Attachment SES—STA—2008 1023—01398 E080035 Condition: All operations shall be on an unprotected and non—harmful interference basis, ie., New ICO Satellite Services G.P. shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall not claim protection from, any other lawfully operating station. In the event of any harmful interference as a result of New ICO Satellite Services G.P.‘s operations, New ICO Satellite Services G.P. shall cease operations immediately upon notification of such interference, and shall inform the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), in writing, immediately of such an event.
