Sirius XM Radio Inc. hereby requests Special Temporary Authority (’STA’) to operate an earth station in Ellenwood, Georgia for thirty days beginning October 20, 2008 to conduct testing necessary to verify the new earth station’s antenna pattern, transmitter power, and side bands. 13.
