Vizada, Inc. IBFS File No. SES—STA—20080917—01220 Call Sign KA249 The request of Vizada, Inc. (Vizada) for special temporary authority (STA) IS GRANTED. Accordingly, Vizada is authorized for a period of 60 days, beginning September 19, 2008 and ending November 17, 2008, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in the Commission‘s rules and this document. 1. C—band ESVs shall operate only in coordinated regions and pursuant to its coordination agreement. 2. Subject to Rule Making: This grant is subject to the outcome of any future rule making concerning ESV operations. This grant shall not prejudice the outcome of any rulemaking. 3. The grant of this special temporary authority is without prejudice to any pending underlying application. 4. Any action taken or expense incurred as a result of operations pursuant to this special temporary authority is solely at Vizada‘s own risk. 5. This STA maybe terminated or modified at the International Bureau‘s discretion, without a hearing, if conditions warrant. 6. Vizadais afforded thirty days from the date of release ofthis action to decline this special temporary authorization as conditioned. Failure to respond withinthis period will constitute formal acceptance of the special temporary authorization as conditioned.
