| 12. Description.
Intelsat North America LLC herein requests STA to test its 19 meter Paumalu, Hawaii FSS earth station antenna that, together with two co-located 16 meter antennas of Inmarsat Hawaii, Inc., will serve as the Inmarsat gateway facility. Also, see Exhibit A.
