| 12. Description.
SES Americom, Inc. requests extension of special temporary authority, SES-STA-20080807-01042, to permit earth station E4630 to continue to communicate with the Ku-band AMC-21 spacecraft in order to provide telemetry, tracking and control ('TT&C) and conduct in-orbit testing ('IOT'). STA extension is requested for 30 days.
