| 12. Description.
Row 44 seeks a 60-day extension of its current STA to operate a fixed ground-based AMSS Earth station. The purpose of this operation is to continue the applicant's testing program in preparation for mobile testing of its remote antenna, for which blanket license authority has been sought in its pending application (File No.SES-LIC-20080508-00570). Further information is provided in the attached Explanatory Statement.
