Sirius XM Radio Inc. hereby requests Special Temporary Authorization (’STA’) to operate an earth station in Ellenwood, Georgia for thirty days beginning September 22, 2008 to conduct testing necessary to verify the new earth station’s antenna pattern, transmitter power, and side bands. 13.
