PanAmSat Licensee Corp. herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority for 30 days, from 09/23/2008 through 10/22/2008, to use its Fillmore, California earth station, call sign E4132, to provide LEOP services for the Galaxy 19 satellite that is expected to be launched on 09/23/2008. 13.
