12. Description. Row 44 seeks a 60-day STA to operate a twelve (12) AMSS Earth stations mounted on commercial and private aircraft, for which permanent blanket license authority has been sought in File No.SES-LIC-20080508-00570. Further information is provided in the attached Explanatory Statement.

13.
