Attachment SES—STA—20080703—00888 KL92 Conditions: 1. PanAmSat must coordinate with all operators of satellites that share the same frequency bands that are within six degrees of the LEOP Path. All operators of these satellites shall be provided an emergency phone number such that the satellite operator can contact in the event that harmful interference occurs. 2. All operations shall be on an unprotected and non—harmful interference basis, /.e., PanAmSat shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall not claim protection from, interference caused to it by any other lawfully operating station.
