Re: Request for Special Temporary Authority of Row 44, Inc.
                                 File No. SES—STA—20080407—00428

 Dear Mr. Kotler:

This letter is submitted on behalf of Row 44, Inc. ("Row 44") to correct technical
parameters submitted as part of the above—referenced application for Special Temporary
Authority ("STA"), filed yesterday. Specifically, in the Schedule B annex included with the
application, the maximum EIRP per carrier (item E48) for the 400KG1ID emission should be
34.5 dBW (rather than 34.75 dBW), and the maximum EIRP density per carrier (item E49)
should be 14.5 dBW/4 kHz (rather than 14.75 dBW/4 kHz). These changes ensure that the
maximum input power density limit at the input of the antenna flange will be maintained in
compliance with Section 25.212 of the FCC‘s rules (47 C.F.R. § 25.212). Please take these
corrections into account in processing the STA request.

Should you have any additional questions or require further information concerning this
application, please contact the undersigned counsel.

                                                                spectfully submitted,

                                                            David S. Kei
Counsel to FiberSat Global Services, Inc.
