SkyWave Mobile Communications, Corp File No. SES—STA—20080324—00347 Call Sign E030055 The request of SkyWave Mobile Communications, Corp. (SkyWave) for special temporary authority (STA) IS GRANTED. Accordingly, SkyWave is authorized for a period of 60 days, beginning April 1, 2008 and ending June 1, 2008, to operate four new mobile earth terminal models (DMR—800D, DMR—008$, DMR—800L, and Surelinx 8000) using the Inmarsat—3F2 (15.5° W.L.), Inmarsat—3F3 (178.1° E.L.), and the Inmarsat 4F2 (52.75° W.L.) satellites. Operations shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in the Commission‘s rules, this document, and application File No. SES—MFS—20051207—01709, as amended by SES—AMD—20071010— 01407. 1. This authorization is on a non—interference basis. SkyWave shall not cause interference, nor claimprotection forinterference. 2. The total number of terminals operated under authorizations with the call sign E030055 will not exceed 25,000. 3. Action on this application is without prejudice to action, including adoption of additional terms or conditions, in File No. SES—MFS—20051207—01709, as amended by SES—AMD—20071010—01407.
