(“TBS”) and in accordance with Section 25.120(b)(4) of the Commission’s rules, we are hereby revising the above- referenced request for Special Temporary Authority (“STA”) in order to change the term from 90 days to 30 days. In the event that TBS should determine that it requires additional time to operate the subject earth station facility, it will submit a further request seeking extension of the STA.
