MSV has previously opposed similar requests.‘ Mobile Satellite Ventures LP, Mobile Satellite Ventures (Canada) Inc., and Inmarsat Global Limited ("Inmarsat"), however, recently entered into a long—term coordination agreement that includes operation of the parties‘ current and next—generation satellites in North America.
