SATAMATICS, INC. IBFS File No. SES—STA—20080207—00136 Call Sign £020074 The request of SATAMATICS, INC. (SATAMATICS) for special temporary authority (STA) IS GRANTED. Accordingly, SATAMATICS is authorized for a period of 60 days, beginning February 25, 2008 and ending April 25, 2008, to operate the SAT—201 D+ mobile earth terminal in the D2 mode using the Inmarsat—3F2 (15.5° W.L.), Inmarsat—3F3 (178.1° E.L.), and the Inmarsat 4F2 (52.75° W.L.) satellites. Operations shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in the Commission‘s rules, this document, and application File No. SES—MOD—20071107—01542. 1. This authorization is on a non—interference basis. SATAMATICS shall not cause interference, nor claim protection for interference. 2. The total number ofterminals operated under authorizations with the call sign E020074 will not exceed 25,000. 3.
